  • Account Manager
    The Vizer platform provides CPG brands with tools and insights to supercharge their sales in-store. Our omnichannel management technology is a long-awaited solution that allows brands to incentivize any form of media. For the first time, brands can access redemption rates live and adjust marketing efforts accordingly. Vizer is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone with a leadership mentality to continue at a rapid pace. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the brand clients using the platform on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for someone who is a great communicator with strong organizational skills to manage a large portfolio of clients from mid-market to large enterprise companies. Job Duties Onboard new clients Work with Sales to gather necessary client account information Work with Accounting to set up payment with client Set up onboarding call with client Ensure knowledge of new features and tech capabilities Ongoing client success Ensure client satisfaction by leveraging data insights and making recommendations for optimization Answer any client questions via email/phone (daily/weekly) Adhere to weekly timelines for client deliverable setups Complete necessary paperwork for internal and external approvals Daily/weekly communication with client via email/phone Escalate any client dissatisfaction to senior management Liaison between client and broader team (Partnerships, Sales, Operations, Accounting, Tech) to pass along pertinent client information/feedback. Gain a sound understanding of Vizer’s platform, and become a source of information and education for our clients. Day to day work closely with Head of Partnerships and Brand Specialist to communicate client updates, trends, strategies for optimization. Qualifications 2-3 Years Client Success/Account Management background 1-2 Years Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Social, etc.) experience Salesforce experience preferred Excellent skills speaking on phone and via Zoom with clients Ability to simplify complicated topics and explain them in terms people can easily understand You enjoy entrepreneurial environments and the opportunity to build something meaningful!   • Account Executive
    The Vizer platform provides CPG brands with tools and insights to supercharge their sales in-store. For the first time, brands can access redemption rates live and adjust marketing efforts accordingly. Vizer is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone with a leadership mentality to continue at a rapid pace. As one of Vizer's first Account Executives, you will take on the end-to-end sale from prospect to close. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will work closely with the executive team to manage Vizer’s pipeline and bring brands on board. This role comes with high autonomy and responsibility. We are only looking for self-starters who can quickly adapt to a changing environment. Job Duties Manage own book of business, build and manage an end-to-end sales pipeline and all supporting activities; prospect to close; meet or exceed your quotas. Develop marketing and networking plan that will reach the target contacts at the brands that fit Vizer’s ICP. Proactively prospect for new business by leveraging market research, sales tools, and cold prospecting. Gain a sound understanding of Vizer’s platform, and become a source of information for prospects. Be the voice of our future customers - suggest innovative ideas to generate sales, cultivate customer pipeline leads; improve overall customer experience and advocate internally for product development. Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure clients are properly educated on the onboarding process for a smooth handoff. Perform other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Executive position and 1-year experience managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing are required. Experience in Lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity setting (i.e., SaaS, Digital Marketing, Tech). Salesforce, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo are required. Experience with additional prospecting tools is a plus. Cold-calling experience is required for this position. We are seeking candidates with a hunter mentality who are dedicated to grabbing new prospects, netting new logos, closing deals, and delivering immediate results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrates the ability to listen to gather important information during a sales call and/or meeting.
